In the caption for a Page One photo last week that was taken June 16, 1967, Menachem Begin was misidentified as Israel's prime minister. In fact, he was then a minister without portfolio, becoming prime minister 10 years later. And in the Bulletin's May 24 obituary of Stephen Jay Gould, the university the professor taught for should have been listed as Harvard. The Bulletin regrets the errors.
