Lifelong Zionist and supporter and organizer for Hadassah and ORT. Founding member of Peninsula Temple Beth El. Born in Germany. Left her home at age 16, and worked in Berlin until 1933, when she moved to San Francisco. Worked with her husband in their artificial flower business in San Francisco from 1946 to 1970. Continued to work up until the last day of her life. Services were held at the Eternal Home Cemetery Chapel, Colma, under the direction of Sinai Memorial Chapel.
