Grandmother of Alysia (and Randal) Cappa, Norene Goldberg, Dan (and Suzanne) Goldberg, Spencer (and Jackie) McDonald, Nina (and Kent) Odom and Jodi (and Dan) Dowell. Great-grandmother of Aundrea and Mitchell Cappa; Logan and Claire McDonald; Kaila, Clint, Cody and Kierra Odom; and Bronson and Blake Dowell. Sister of Bert (and Arlene) Kamalman. Aunt to many. Originally from St. Paul, Minn. Along with her husband, was a founding member of Congregation Ner Tamid, where she also served as Sisterhood president. Former president of Northern California branch of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism. Recent congregant at Congregation B’nai Shalom in Walnut Creek. Active member and volunteer for Chevra Chai at the Contra Costa Jewish Community Center. Services were held at Sinai Memorial Chapel, S.F., with interment following at Eternal Home Cemetery, Colma.
