Correspondent | February 6, 2004 Allison Beth Charney and Adam Jonathan Fain Epstein were married Jan. 18 at The University Club in New York. Cantor Melvin Luterman, cantor emeritus of Temple Oheb Shalom in Baltimore, officiated. The bride graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and received two graduate degrees in music from the Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University. She is an opera singer who was a national finalist in the Metropolitan Opera competition and has since sung in many places across the country, including starring roles at the New York City Opera, Atlanta Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Utah Festival Opera and Opera Memphis. She is the daughter of Nancy Cooperstein Charney and Jordan Charney of New York. The groom graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in economics and received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is the president of Site Analytics Co., a company he founded based in New York that assists retailers in determining strategies for new store site locations. He is the son of Sally-Ann and Ervin Epstein of Orinda. The newlyweds are living in New York. J. Correspondent Also On J.
