Marking the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation by filmmaker Steven Spielberg, his 10-year-old film “Schindler’s List” will be released on DVD and video on Tuesday, March 9.

Part of an overall celebration of the film’s legacy, the release will include a 77-minute documentary featuring never-before-seen testimonies by some of the 1,100 people saved from the Nazis by the German Oskar Schindler. It will also feature “The Shoah Foundation Story with Steven Spielberg,” a behind-the-scenes look at works and accomplishments of the L.A.-based foundation.

The Catholic Schindler and his Jewish accountant Itzhak Stern are two of the key characters in the award-winning film. The DVD will retail for $26.98, the VHS version $22.98. Information: www.universalstudios.com.
