Feldman, Jesse In San Francisco, March 15. Husband of the late Joan M. Feldman. Brother of Sanford Feldman and the late Lois Tuchler. Uncle of David Feldman. President of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco and regional Jewish community centers. Campaign chairman of the Jewish Welfare Federation of San Francisco, then became its president from 1973 until 1975. Held similar national positions throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Graduate of Stanford University, where he received his law degree. Resident of the Sequoias in San Francisco for 22 years. Founder of Feldman, Waldman and Kline law firm. World War II Navy veteran, serving in the Pacific Theater on the USS Saratoga. Funeral services were held at Sinai Memorial Chapel, S.F., with internment at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno. Donations to the Jewish Community Federation, 121 Steuart St., S.F., CA 94105.

Morgenstern, Mary Lou In Walnut Creek, March 4. Wife of Leonard Morgenstern for 52 years. Mother of Ann, David and Jamie Morgenstern. Grandmother of Ariela and Dara Morgenstern. Graduate of Park College. Traveled through the United States working as a medical technician. Met her husband in the mid-1950s in Salt Lake City before they settled in Moraga.
