Harris, Winifred “Wini” At home in Belvedere, April 2, of Pick’s disease, a rare degenerative brain disorder. Age 82. Wife of Ted Harris since 1962 and the late Dr. Jacob O. Smith from 1941 until his death in 1961. Mother of Shelley (and Rich) Casey, Patricia (and Ira) Goldfine, Dr. Wendy Smith and Steven Smith. Stepmother of Patty (and Jimmy) Greenwood, Kate (and Ron) Murray, and Nancy (and Steve) Bradley. Grandmother of 10. Sister of David (and Tasha) Stadtner. Born in 1922 in Stockton, she grew up in San Francisco. Graduated from Galileo High School in 1938 and attended San Francisco State University. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
