Correspondent | June 4, 2004 Hannah Faith Shemano, formerly of San Francisco, daughter of Albert Shemano of Sacramento and the late Bernice Shemano, and Robert “Rob” Charles Montilla of Troy, Mich., son of Michelle Trosper and Carlos Montilla of Macomb, Mich., have announced their engagement. The bride-to-be received a bachelor’s degree in international business from Cal State Sacramento, where she graduated as a member of the National Honor Society. She is a national director of sales for Entertainment Publications and is pursuing an MBA at Michigan State University. She is the sister of David Shemano of Los Angeles. Her fiancé received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State University and an MBA with emphasis in information technology from Oakland University, where he graduated with honors and entry in Beta Gamma Sigma. A director of business system development for Entertainment Publications, he is the father of Yasmin and Connor Montilla and the brother of Yvette Montilla of Fraser, Mich. Rob proposed to Hannah in Chicago before heading to see a performance of “Phantom of the Opera.” A Dec. 19 wedding in Sterling Heights, Mich., is planned. J. Correspondent Also On J.
