Wife of the late Dr. Maurice D. Hart. Mother of Leigh E. (and Paul S.) Gray and the late Judith A. Hart. Grandmother of Amy Claire and Abigail Hart Gray. Sister of Lorraine H. Marchi-Fastie and the late Virginia H. Kroloff. Fourth generation San Franciscan. Moved to Boston in 2003. Worked for many charities, including the National Association for the Visually Handicapped. Kushner, Miriam At St. Barnabus Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., June 1. Age 92. Wife of the late Aid Kushner. Mother of Rabbi Lawrence Kushner of San Francisco and Rabbi Steven Kushner. Grandmother of Zachary, Lev, Aviva, Hannah and Rabbi Noa Kushner, Stephanie Salmonson and Daniel Weil. Great-grandmother of Lauren Salmonson and Zella and Bluma Lezak. Born in Detroit, where she spent most of her life before moving to South Orange, N.J. a few years ago. Received a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in 1931. Concert pianist and piano teacher for many years. Archivist and longtime member of Temple Beth El in Bloomfield, Mich. Member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Services were held in Detroit. Oshman, Mamye M. In Menlo Park, June 3, after a long illness. Age 95. Wife of the late Dr. H. Peter Oshman. Mother of M. Kenneth (and Barbara Daily) Oshman and Rick (and Tania) Oshman. Grandmother of Peter (and Stephanie) Oshman, David (and Joanna) Oshman and Andrew and Lindsay Oshman. Sister of Louise Collier. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Born Feb. 11, 1909, in Louisiana. Raised in Louisiana and Donna, Texas. Received a bachelor’s degree in education from Texas College of Arts and Industries. Teacher in South Texas. Lived in Brownsville and Galveston, Texas, before moving to Rosenberg, Texas, in 1943, where she owned Libby’s, a women’s clothing store, and later was a teacher. Moved to Houston in 1966 after her husband’s death. Menlo Park resident for 20 years. Burial at Emanu El Memorial Park, Houston.
