Magnes launches search for new director Facebook Twitter Email SMS WhatsApp Share By J. Correspondent | June 25, 2004 The Judah L. Magnes museum hopes to land a new director by September after inaugurating a national search earlier this month. The museum is currently led by Marjorie Wolf, the former president of the Jewish Community Federation of the Greater East Bay. She has served as part-time chief operating officer since the departure of acting director Joanne Backman in mid-February. In addition to her expertise as a business consultant, Wolf, incidentally, hand-weaves prayer shawls. J. Correspondent Also On J.
