The bride-to-be received her bachelor of science degree from U.C. Davis, and a master’s from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work. She is a coordinator of child development services at The Perinatal Council in Oakland. She is the sister of Mark Drabkin of Davis and the late Steven Drabkin. Grandparents are the late Emily and Delbert Schneider, and the late Bertha and Issic Drabkin. Her fiancé received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from U.C. Berkeley and master’s degree and doctorate in electrical engineering from Stanford University. He is co-founder and chief technology officer of Tiburon Design Automation. Grandparents are the late Khana and Moisey Troyanovsky, and the late Clara and Binyamin Kreimerman. The wedding is planned for October. Nicole Loraine Levy, daughter of Fran and Keith Levy of Sacramento, and Joshua Marc Samuels, son of Rhoda and Peter Samuels of San Francisco, have announced their engagement. The bride-to-be received a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from U.C. Santa Barbara. She is working in perinatal education at California Pacific Medical Center. She is the sister of Jeffrey Levy of Sacramento. Grandparents are Evelyn and Dr. Sidney Wasserman of Long Beach, and Bette and Arthur Levy of Woodland Hills. Her fiancé received a bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in Judaic studies from the University of Wisconsin. He works in financial services at Stone and Youngberg, LLC. He is the brother of Rachel (and Jason) Goldberg of New York. Grandparents are Hannah G. Samuels of San Francisco, the late Albert S. Samuels and the late Esther and Jack Siegel.
