Isley Cecil Douglas A daughter born Dec. 24 to Melissa Heller and Steven Douglas of Oakland. She is the sister of Sandler Reid Douglas. Grandparents are Libby Friedman Heller of Livington, N.J., and Celia and Leland Douglas of Lafayette. Great-grandmother is Rae Douglas of Oakland.
