Druker, Rose. In Palo Alto, Jan. 26. Age 94. Wife of the late Harry Druker. Mother of David Druker of Los Altos Hills, Hannah Heyle of New York City and Leah Reider of Palo Alto. Grandmother of Rebecca and Abby Reider of Palo Alto, Daniel Druker of Palo Alto and Ellen McAninch of Orinda. Great-grandmother of Madeleine and Jackson Druker of Palo Alto and Lauren, Ryan and Meghan McAninch of Orinda. Formerly Rose Worton. Born in Poland May 17, 1910. Immigrated to N.Y., then moved to Iowa City. Graduated from University of Iowa where she met her husband. Married in 1933 and moved to Marshalltown, Iowa. Served as member of the Marshalltown School Board for 12 years. Served on Iowa State Board of Education. Active in American Association of University Women, League of Women Voters, Hadassah, Sisterhood of the Sonos of Israel Synagogue, Human Rights Commission of Marshalltown and numerous Parent Teacher Associations in area schools. Established with her husband a Marshalltown Community College scholarship. Donors to the Marshalltown Public Library. Member of Congregation Beth Am in Los Altos Hills. Burial took place at Hills of Eternity Cemetery in Colma. Donations to Marshalltown Community School District Foundation, 317 Columbus Dr., Marshalltown, IA 50158.

Father of Lewis (and Julie) Frucht, Kenneth (and Setenay) Frucht and Sandra (and Gary) Sherne, devoted grandfather of Dana, Yael, and Maya Sherne. New grandchild to be born in March. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Longtime certified public accountant in San Francisco. Avid stamp collector. Masonic Lodge member.
