Rabbi Gerald Raiskin and Cantor Barry Reich officiated, with additional contributions from Rabbi Alan Litwak and Rabbi Daniel Wolpe. The theme of the wedding ceremonies was from Rosh Chodesh and the Torah portion, Noah and the ark. The bride received her master’s degree in business and administration in real estate and finance from San Diego State University. She is a real estate agent with Century 21 in San Diego. She is the daughter of Harriett and Dr. John Michael of San Rafael. She is the sister of Lisa Michael of Walnut Creek and Dr. Daniel Michael of Sacramento. Grandparents are Goldie Michael of San Francisco, the late Eleanor and Joseph Michael of San Francisco, and the late Dorothy and Dr. Daniel Landau of Missouri. The groom is the director of communications for Long Beach State University Police. He is the son of Beth and Dr. Charles Pascal of Hillsborough. He is the brother of Lawrence (and Shani) Pascal of San Mateo and Allison Pascal of San Diego. Grandparents are Sybna and Al Schlesinger of Hillsborough and Victoria and the late Aaron Pascal of Woodland Hills. Maids of honor were Gony Frieder and Leah Ansel. Best man was Lawrence Pascal. Bridesmaids were Lisa Michael and Allison Pascal. Groomsmen were Jonathon Pascal, David Freedman, Jeremy Adler and Daniel Michael. The couple met in BBYO in the Bay Area in 1986.
