Olivia Rose Chinn A daughter born Dec. 2 to Julie Karsh Chinn and Dan Chinn of Orinda. She is the sister of Benjamin. Grandparents are Andrea and Rob Karsh of Sacramento and Judy and Aaron Chinn of Lafayette. Great-grandmothers are Sylvia Karsh of Piedmont and Pearl Alberts of Cincinnati.

Elana Leah Hartley was born to Sharon and Scott Hartley of Millbrae, Calif., on Dec. 25, 2005. Proud big sister is Ariella and grandparents are Rita and Edward Blau of Los Angeles and Mary and the late William Hartley of Belmont.
