In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity. Blossom Herwitz peacefully passed away Feb. 27, 2006. Dear wife of the late Baron Herwitz; devoted mother to Jan Herwitz and Ross Herwitz; loving mummi to Minea and Andrew; grandmother to Genna; sister to Sam Myers; mother-in-law to Riitta Herwitz and Sheila Vance; and special friend and relative to all that knew her. A wonderful, caring person who brought people together with the love she spread, and the numerous volunteering she’d done through Temple Sherith Israel, SF AIDS Walks, City of Hope and local schools, just to name a few. And anyone who’d ever received a card from her knows how dear she was. Private services were held. Donations in her memory may be made to the Jewish Home in San Francisco or Congregation Sherith Israel. Sala Hudes Eisenberg passed away in Tarzana, Calif., on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at age 85. She is survived by her husband Eddie, beloved sons Jack and Aaron, and stepsons Jack, Mark and Erving. She was adored by her grandchildren Rachelle, Darlene, Sam, Debbie, Liana and great grandchildren Jessica and Ryan. She will be greatly missed by all of us. May she rest in peace. Bernard Rotenberg in San Francisco on March 23, 2006 at the age of 82. Dearly beloved husband of Irene Rotenberg; loving father of Michael (Jill) and Mark (Caroline) Rotenberg; cherished grandfather of Noah and Talia Rotenberg; brother of Wolf (Rena) Rotenberg and uncle of Saul, Seth and Ruth Rotenberg. Bernard was a beloved teacher of many and the dedicated leader of Congregation Torath Emeth in San Francisco. Services were held at the Eternal Home Cemetery Chapel, 1051 El Camino Real in Colma followed by interment. Donations to Congregation Torath Emeth in San Francisco are preferred. J.
