Amir Malcolm Austin was born at 11 p.m. on May 12, 2006. His ecstatic parents are Jessie and Al Austin of San Francisco. His Hebrew name is Amir Moishe Avichai after his late Zaida, Martin Judah Austin. He is the grandson of Barbra Hana Austin of Calistoga, Ann Temple of Berkeley, and Robert Temple of Oakland. Amir is also the newest member of the amazing community at Congregation Sha’ar Zahav.
