Danielle Aliza Abramovich, Daughter of Brenda and Steven Abramovich, will become a Bat Mitzvah on May 12th at Congregation Beth Emek in Pleasanton, CA. Her Hebrew name is Davida, in memory of her maternal grandfather, David Hassenfeld, his namesake. Her parsha will be B’har/B’chokotai, and she will be talking about the Yoveil in her Dvar Torah. Her paternal grandparents, Selma and Leo Abramovich, are deceased, while her maternal grandmother, Tess Hassenfeld, lives in Providence, RI. Her sister, Kelsey, is a sophomore at Foothill High School. Danielle is presently in 8th grade at Pleasanton Middle School. Her service project consisted of collecting and donating stuffed animals and toys to children in various shelters.
