Correspondent | August 10, 2007 Rabbi Menachem and Liz Creditor are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Raya Meital, who was born on July 20 at 11:25 a.m. measuring 9 lbs. 6 ounces, and 21.75 inches. She was named for Rabbi Creditor’s great-uncle, Ralph Dubin, and Liz’s grandmother, Minnie, and is the granddaughter of Rabbi Gary and Ruby Creditor of Richmond, Va., and of Linda and the late Steven Marcus of Sharon, Ma. Raya’s older siblings Ariel Shlomit and Moshe Tzvi sang to her, and Rabbis Michelle Fisher, Yonatan Cohen, and Stu Kelman shared in the celebration of the ceremony at the Creditors’ spiritual home, Congregation Netivot Shalom of Berkeley. Risa and Mark Federighi of San Carlos proudly announce the arrival of their daughter Gianna Rose, born July 17. Big brother is Gabriel Hayden. Grandparents are Maddy and Frank Blumenthal of Foster City, Jeanne and Rick Federighi of San Carlos. Great-grandparents are Maddy Ascencio, Angie Federighi, Rheta Kurant (late Harry Kurant), Hillie Blumenthal (late Gladys Blumenthal). Tzivya Noa Grossman, a daughter, born to Sara and Yaakov Grossman of Jerusalem, sister of Moshe, Menachem and Yedidyah. Grandparents are Pat Bergman of Walnut Creek and Rick Bergman of Oakland.
