Dr. Elliot and Stephanie Brill are happy and excited to announce the birth of their son, Henry Joseph, on May 31, 2008, at New York University Medical Center. Grandparents are Ruth and Victor Brill of Santa Clara and Marcia and Jeffrey Lloyd of Los Angeles. Great-grandparents are the late Henry and the late Frances Gage, the late Frank and the late Dorothy Brill, Harriet Lloyd of San Francisco and the late Lloyd K. Lloyd, and Alegra Brooks and the late Philip Brooks. Henry was named after his great-grandfather Henry Gage, his great-uncle Henry Levy and great-great grandfather Joseph Levi. The brit milah was held in Manhattan.

Halle Charlotte Newman was born on May 27, 2008, to Elissa and Joe Newman of San Francisco. Proud grandparents are Betty Newman of San Francisco, the late Harry Newman, and Sheila and Richard Wagner of Miami, Fla. Halle is welcomed by aunts and uncles, Sari and Alan Lennick, Max Newman, Harriet and Marco Rosen, and cousins Charlie, Noah, Bella and Dylan. Halle is named for her grandfather Harry and great-grandmother Charlotte, who both passed away five months before she was born.
