Cold Summer Tomato Soup

Serves 4

1 lb. tomatoes, seeded
6 oz. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into small chunks
1 small onion, quartered
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar or honey
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until almost smooth. Refrigerate overnight.
