Nicole and Joshua Marc Samuels of Los Angeles welcomed their new son Eytan Levy Samuels on Sept. 11, 2009. Eytan’s grandparents are Rhoda and Peter Samuels of Rancho Mirage, CA., Fran Levy of Sacramento and Keith Levy of Sacramento and great-grandmothers Hannah Samuels of San Francisco and Bette Levy of Southern California.
