Jewish Family and Children’s Services in Santa Rosa is offering free, 30-minute elder-law consultations from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Aug. 5. Consul-tations are available to people at least 60 years of age and also to people who have legal questions about aging family members and friends. Alice Perlman, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, will conduct the consultations. Topics can include planning for incapacity, conservatorships, estate planning, wills and trusts, probates and Medi-Cal planning.
