Christine Sublett and Rabbi D’vorah Rose made their chuppah at Hillel at Stanford on July 25, 2010. They signed their marriage license just before the passage of Proposition 8 in 2008. Rabbi Mychal Copeland officiated the wedding. In keeping with eco-kashrut, the brides used biodegradable tableware, and in lieu of gifts, asked friends and family to donate to the charity of their choice.
Christine is the Vice President, Security and Information Technology at StayWell Health Management. D’vorah is a healthcare chaplain, teaches at Hillel at Stanford and lectures nationally on spirituality and health.
