The parents of David Muhlfelder and Ruey-Li Hwang are pleased to announce their engagement. David is a graduate of UCLA (BA) and holds a Masters degree from Georgetown University and is employed by a Washington D.C.–based opportunity fund. Ruey-Li attended UCI (BA) and received an MA from Emerson College and is employed in the field of biotechnology. A summer Wine Country wedding is planned.
