Former Israeli diplomat Ilan Baruch will be in San Francisco to deliver a lecture titled “Ensuring Israel’s Security through a Two-State Solution.” Baruch made headlines earlier this year after resigning from the Foreign Ministry in protest of current Israeli government policies vis-à-vis the Palestinians.

He will give the free talk at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at Congregation Sherith Israel, 2266 California St., S.F.

Baruch is part of a group of Israeli military and political leaders traveling across the United States on a tour sponsored by J Street, the Washington, D.C.–based lobby. For more information, contact [email protected].
