Emily Blanck and Daniel Weiss of Moraga are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Blanck-Weiss, to William Peterman. They were engaged July 8, 2011 in Washington, D.C.

Megan graduated from Campolindo High School, Moraga, CA in 1999, summa cum laude from Boston University in 2004 and has an MBA from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington in 2010. She is currently a management consultant for Accenture.

Will is the son of Dr. David and Mary Peterman of Boise, Idaho. Will graduated summa cum laude from Emory University in 2003 and received his Ph.D. in Economics this June. He works as an economist for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve in Washington D.C.

They plan to have their wedding in the fall of 2012 in San Francisco and they reside in Washington D.C.
