Silverstones baby name voted worst of 2011 Facebook Twitter Email SMS WhatsApp Share By J. Correspondent | February 10, 2012 Alicia Silverstone, the San Francisco–born Jewish actress who attended San Mateo High School, recently received top honors for the worst baby name of 2011. The “Clueless” actress-turned–health activist gave birth to a baby boy in May and, along with her husband, Christopher Jarecki, named him Bear Blu — not to be confused with Blue Ivy, born earlier this month to Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Bear Blu Jarecki scored the top slot in the BabyNames.com poll for worst baby name of 2011, which she shared with Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s son Moroccan. The poll at BabyNames.com had more than 10,000 responses. In the worst celebrity girls’ names category, Zuzu Audrey Peterson, daughter of “Top Chef: Just Desserts” contestant Tania Peterson, took the top spot. “Worst” runner-ups include Mirabella Bunny Adams (daughter of singer Bryan Adams) and Kannon James (son of actor Kevin James). The best celebrity baby name honors went to Mason Evan Smith (son of singer Ne-Yo and girlfriend Monyetta Shaw) and Willow Sage Hart (daughter of singer Pink and husband Carey Hart). Runner-ups include Penelope Athena Richmond (daughter of Tina Fey and husband Jeff Richmond). — jta & ap J. Correspondent Also On J.
