Correspondent | February 17, 2012 Maccabi USA is seeking Jewish athletes to represent the United States at the 19th World Maccabiah Games in Israel in July 2013. The Games will consist of more than 35 sports, lasting 14 days, with more than 7,000 athletes from more than 60 countries. The World Maccabiah Games are the third largest international sporting competition in the world and the world’s largest international Jewish event. Organizers are looking for high-level athletes to represent the United States in juniors, youth, open and masters divisions.
