Biblical commandments to leave something behind — fallen stalks, forgotten sheaves, lavish offerings — are the inspiration for the BJE Jewish Community Library’s spring invitational exhibit “More Than Enough: Redefining Excess.” Artists (including Beth Grossman, who created the piece “ART to SOUP!” pictured above) use photographs, paintings, sculpture and interactive installations to probe the notion of decreed excess.
