Correspondent | May 11, 2012 Ben-Gurion University of the Negev’s Department of Hotel and Tourism Management was ranked sixth in tourism research, according to a study by the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research. The department, which is part of the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management, ranked 11th worldwide in the combined fields of hospitality and tourism research. The journal reviewed scholarly articles published in other hospitality and tourism journals from 2000 to 2009. According to the journal’s findings, BGU came in sixth out of 50 in tourism research and 11th out of 50 when hospitality and tourism research were considered together. J. Correspondent Also On J.
