He wrote all of the lyrics for the songs in “The Wizard of Oz,” plus standards such as “Brother, Can You Spare a Dime?” and “It’s Only a Paper Moon.” Lehrhaus Judaica and the Jewish Music Festival have teamed up for a tribute that will include rare footage of interviews with Harburg talking about his music as well as his human rights activism. The two-hour presentation also will include film of old performances, including luminaries such as Judy Garland, Audra McDonald and Ray Bolger.
