The Santa Cruz Warriors, a first-year team that plays in the D-League, a development league for the NBA, are hosting a Jewish Heritage Night in conjunction with Temple Beth El in Aptos and Santa Cruz Hillel. The game is March 9.

The event is open to the Jewish community and costs $20, which includes a ticket, a pre-game barbecue, a souvenir kippah, and a post-game free-throw shot. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. against the Idaho Stampede.
