“Modern emancipation” was the theme of the 17th annual Interfaith Multicultural Passover Freedom Seder, held March 19 at the JCC of San Francisco. Presented in partnership with the S.F.-based Jewish Community Relations Council and Congre-gation Emanu-El, the event honored the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation and drew a capacity crowd of 135. The event included music and a vegetarian Passover meal.
