The Israeli Peace Team

Root for peace

The Israeli Peace Team (which includes former professionals and Israel national team players now in their late 30s and 40s) is on a U.S. tour promoting a peaceful resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. With a roster of Israelis from many cultural backgrounds, not just Jewish, the Israeli squad will play a team of over-40 Marin all-stars. The game is sponsored by the Israeli consulate  and the San Francisco–Haifa Sister City Committee.
