Israel in the Gardens drew a crowd of 15,000 to Yerba Buena Gardens on June 2, according to an estimate from the San Francisco Police Department. Organizers of the 13th annual festival were especially pleased that most people stayed until the end to hear headliner Mosh Ben-Ari from Israel. They also said Innovation Alley and the Israeli Consulate’s Tel Aviv Plaza were big hits, as was the folk dancing (above) and the acrobatic performances (right) in the Be’Chol Lashon Kids & Family Zone.
