Correspondent | October 25, 2013 Nearly 50 pieces of original art — created by artists from the Bay Area to Israel — will be available for purchase at a silent auction at 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27 to benefit Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. The fundraiser with art, kosher hors d’oeuvres and wine will take place at the Hiller Aviation Museum, 601 Skyway Road, San Carlos. Admission is $50. Paintings, photographs, ceramics and other art will be available and on display, said Jonathan Friedman, regional director of the American Committee for Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
