Nov. 23 with an adults-only evening featuring music, latkes and drinks. The next day, a Hanukkah carnival for kids will include an obstacle course, games and art projects, with an appearance by San Jose Sharks mascot S.J. Sharkie. Light it up! The 39th annual lighting of the Bill Graham menorah in San Francisco’s Union Square kicks off at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27 and continues for all eight nights of Hanukkah.
