Rafi Jonah Robert Seligman and Noah Matisyahu Theo Seligman
We are deeply grateful for the birth of twins Rafi Jonah Robert Seligman and Noah Matisyahu Theo Seligman, born to Tchira Seligman of San Anselmo on Saturday, Feb. 8.
The overjoyed grandparents are Eva Seligman-Kennard and Charlie Kennard of San Anselmo and Martin Seligman of Kibbutz Ein Dor, Israel. Their many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews in Israel and the Netherlands are thrilled with their arrival.
