Diane and Jon Levinson of San Carlos celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 12, 2014, at Congregation Beth Jacob in Redwood City — 50 years to the date and in the same place where they were married. Their three children, Rob and Randy Levinson and Danielle Beres and their families, participated in the Shabbat service, followed by luncheon. Five of their seven grandchildren were present — Samantha, Noah and Elijah Levinson and Tali and Charlie Beres. Many original wedding guests attended, as well as Rabbi David Teitelbaum, who officiated. A video of the 1964 festivities played during lunch.

Shoshana Kane and Stephen Aaron Silver met on December 23, 2005, and quickly fell in love. They celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary on April 29, 2014. They are the proud parents of Samuel Jared “Sammy” Silver and Sophie Jerusha Rose Silver.
