Cantor Stephen Saxon and Naomi Palmer
Cantor Stephen Saxon and Naomi Palmer are engaged to be married. Stephen is the brother of Rolf and Jeremy Saxon and Mei Li Stearns Isaacson, and the father of Rachel and David Saxon. Naomi is the sister of Lisa, Jessica and Jonathan Palmer. The couple lives near Hayward.
Naomi is an IT sales professional. She has traveled to Cuba, Uganda, Central America and South America doing volunteer work in support of tikkun olam.
Stephen, the High Holy Days cantor for Congregation Beth Shalom in Napa, is a computer engineer and performs klezmer, jazz and classical music as a singer, trumpet player, and composer-arranger. He has served as cantor and cantorial soloists for congregations in Oakland, San Mateo and Encino, as well as Beaumont, Texas; Bend, Oregon; and Spokane, Washington.
Rabbi Lee Bycel will officiate the wedding at Congregation Beth Shalom in August 2015.
