Treats created by gourmet s’mores chef Shon Foster of Utah (above) took center stage at a Lag B’Omer celebration on May 6 in Foster City attended by more than 400 people. S’mores are connected to Lag B’Omer because of the bonfires lit on the holiday to commemorate “immense light” coming into the world. Wornick Jewish Day School and the Peninsula JCC were co-hosts.
