The San Francisco Human Rights Commission is conducting a project to highlight anti-Semitism and discrimination experienced by Jews in the Bay Area. Participants will attend four Sunday workshops during the fall and create personal narratives of “discrimination and resilience” using photographs and essays.

The program follows an HRC project on Islamophobia that culminated in an art exhibit and booklet featuring personal photographs and essays. The new project is being organized in part by Sarah Grossman-Kahn, a rising junior at Yale and a summer intern at the S.F. HRC.

Eight to 10 people will be chosen to participate. To be considered, fill out a survey at www.tinyurl.com/hrc-sf-survey.
