Delighted cousins Louis Abraham Larabee and Samantha Eden Larabee announce the birth of Jacqueline Aghdas Djavaheri-Forkash to their aunt and uncle, Shirin Djavaheri and Aaron Forkash. Jackie was born at the California campus of CPMC in San Francisco at 3:09 a.m. on Aug. 8, 2015.
Coincidentally, Jackie shares a birthday with Abraham Hoffman, her late maternal great-grandfather. Shirin and Aaron designed their daughter’s name after three late relatives: Jacqueline Mayeri, Jack Forkash and Aghdas Mayeri. Aghdas was Shirin’s maternal grandmother. She affectionately hosted many epic Erev Shabbat dinners at her home in the Sunset District.
In a short time, Jackie will be surfacing at synagogue youth group events, Jewish summer camp orientations and Giants games. Get to know her.
