Susan Rose Parecki
Age 72, passed away on Sept. 20, 2015. Susan was a longtime resident of San Francisco.
She was born in Shanghai, China, to Ernest and Regina Levita. The family moved to San Francisco when she was 3 years old. Growing up, she was a member of Congregation Beth Israel where she sang with the choir. Susan graduated from Lincoln High School in San Francisco.
Susan leaves behind her devoted husband of 54 years, Dr. Maurice Parecki. She is also survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. David and Karen Parecki and Robert and Carrie Parecki, all of San Mateo. Her passion and focus in life was on her family, especially her grandchildren, Alexandra, Joshua and Cayla. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. She will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
Graveside services were held at Eternal Home Cemetery, Colma.
Edith Jacqueline Sax

Private services were held for Jackie Sax on Sept. 20, 2015 at Sinai Memorial Chapel in San Francisco. Jackie was raised in Merced, California, the middle daughter of the late Maurice and Elizabeth Bradley. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Pacific Union Realtor Dr. Richard Sax; daughters Heidi Valenzuela of Terra Bella, California, and Amy Tamm of Yreka, California; and sisters Anna Rita LaFranchi of Rancho Palos Verdes and Ginny Bradley of Madera, California.
Jackie was the proud grandmother of five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was a graduate of Healds Business School. She served as an Administrative Assistant to the late artist Laurel Burch for 25 years and was a dedicated volunteer to the Curry Senior Center, where she was recognized in 2014 for her outstanding contributions. Special thanks to oncologist Dr. David Kramer, California Pacific Medical Center; nephew Dr. Harry Sax, Cedars-Sinai Los Angeles; daughter Heidi Valenzuela; and grandson Dharma Tamm of New York. Jackie was loved and cherished by everyone she touched and will be greatly missed.
