‘Two Americans Who Defied the Nazis.’ In 1939, Waitstill and Martha Sharp, a Unitarian minister and a social worker, moved to Prague, helping hundreds of refugees to flee Nazi persecution. Filmmaker Artemis Joukowsky, a member of the Sharp family, previews the documentary “Righteous Among Us,” which will air on PBS in 2016.
