A UCSF professor of neurology will give the keynote speech at a seminar exploring how arts and Jewish cultural experiences can enrich the lives of people living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
The program, exploring recent research on creativity and the brain, is set for Sunday, April 3, at the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco.
A panel of Bay Area experts will discuss meaningful creative activities and how to implement them with someone experiencing memory loss. Zachary Miller, an assistant professor at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center, will be the keynote speaker.
