Let’s get this Passover started. “Bill Graham and the Rock & Roll Revolution,” an exhibit at the Contemporary Jewish Museum that celebrates San Francisco’s musical roots, is the inspiration for this year’s Passover-themed event. The Exodus Party will feature music by Hibbity Dibbity, a liquid light show by Mad Alchemy, cocktails and other activities to bring in the holiday.

6 p.m. to 12 a.m. Thursday, April 21 at the Contemporary Jewish Museum, 736 Mission St., S.F. $75-$135.  www.thecjm.org
