Jewish Family and Children’s Services is collecting holiday gift items for low-income Bay Area families and those impacted by this fall’s North Bay fires. JFCS is seeking (unwrapped) new toys or gift cards for children of all ages. Wrapping paper, ribbon and gift tags are also needed. JFCS will wrap and distribute toys for the holidays; deadline for drop-offs is Dec. 8. Drop-off locations: 2150 Post St., San Francisco 2001 Winward Way, Suite 200, San Mateo 200 Channing Ave., Palo Alto 600 Fifth Ave., San Rafael 1360 N.
