EAST BAY

Berkeley Repertory Theatre

BERKELEY
(510) 647-2900  •  berkeleyrep.org

In this time of “how do we provide entertainment online,” Berkeley Rep has not only provided plays and talks virtually, but has enhanced weekday offerings with “What’s in a Play?” where scripts are read and people come together to talk about it online. The Rep has a rich tradition of launching new works, many of which have gone on to Broadway, and often puts its own spin on classic dramas and musicals. It is a Tony Award winner for outstanding regional theater and regularly fills to capacity shows on both of its two stages. Spawned from a vision and a storefront stage that launched in 1968, the nationally renowned arts organization is a crown jewel of Bay Area theater.
